On the Go Fashions goes to great length to insure that the quality in all of our products meet our standards and that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, any item of jewelry may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase or receipt of the order. The receipt must accompany the return. Earrings will not be accepted as return due to hygienic purposes. Cost of earrings will be deducted from set. A store credit will be issued on all returned jewelry within the 7 day period.
